Exchange and Return Policy
- Merchandise may not be returned without a RA#. This can be obtained by calling the numbers
below or sending an email to
- This number must appear on the outside of the box or the shipment will be refused.
- Returns and exchanges will be accepted up to 30 days from the date product was received.
- Defective items will be replaced at no charge.
- Non-Defective items will be accessed a 20% re-stock fee.
- Non-Defective returned items must be in new saleable condition, and in the original packaging.
- Painted parts that are returned damaged are subject to a repair/repaint fee.
- Items returned for the exchange of another item will be accessed a 10% exchange fee.
