Ordering Orders may be placed by phone, online, fax, mail or e-mail. The toll free phone number is (800) 521-7945 for ordering from all 50 United States. International orders can be placed by calling 001) 949) 362-2505. Both U.S. and International orders can be Faxed to 949) 362-2515. or emailed to email@example.com. To eliminate order errors be sure to include Part Numbers, Description and color when ordering. For you convenience orders can also be placed on our website www.targa-acc.com. Tracking Numbers will be provided to the email address on record as soon as they are available.
Pricing All prices are FOB TARGA Warehouse in Aliso Viejo, California. We will attempt to hold prices until the 2017 price guide is effective, however, reserve the right to change prices without notice when necessary.
Payment Orders may be paid for with a major credit card (Master Card, Visa, American Express or Discover) gift cards or Debit Card through PayPal. Please note on all credit cards are processed through PayPal. Orders can be prepaid in advance with a cashiers check or money order TARGA does not accept personal checks and we do not ship retail ORDERS cod. If you are mailing a payment in advance, please call prior to sending your remittance to obtain the freight charges for your order. California residence will need to add 8% sales tax.
Shipping Every effort will be made to ship orders the same day they are received. All shipments will be made USPS 1st class or Priority or UPS unless another method is specified at the time the order is placed, or ground shipping is not available to your destination. All orders are carefully packed, double-checked and shipped in good condition. Title of the merchandise transfers upon delivery to the carrier, and the carrier has full responsibility for the merchandise from the time it is picked-up at TARGA until it is delivered to you. If a box comes in damaged, indicate damaged to the carrier upon receipt, if there is no physical damage to the carton and you discover there is product damage after opening the package be sure and keep the carton, all packaging and contents intact. Contact UPS or carrier that delivered the package immediately, and initiate a damage/loss claim. The Carrier will generally send someone out to do an inspection or pick-up the package and return to TARGA or their damage center. It is extremely important you keep all the original packaging on a damage claim as in some cases the damage is concealed and no physical damage may appear on the carton. Failure to keep carton and packaging will result in denial of the claim. After contacting the carrier also advise TARGA that a damage or loss claim has been initiated. We will make every attempt to follow-up and expedite the claim process.
Backorders Occasionally a product will become unavailable. If an item is backordered or out of stock you will be notified and you order will be cancelled. We will make every attempt to contact you when the item is back in stock and available.
Refused Orders Customers will be responsible for freight charges both ways and a restocking fee of 25% on all refused orders.
Returns Merchandise may not be returned for any reason for credit or exchange without prior approval and RA # clearly visible on the outside of the carton. To obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#), contact TARGA by FAX 949) 362-2515 or by calling customer service 949) 362-2510 An RA Request form will be faxed or mailed to you to complete. Be sure to complete all information, including part number and reason for return, attach a copy of the original invoice and return to TARGA. TARGA will review and respond to your request within 24 hours with RA #. This number must appear on the outside of the box or the package will be refused. There will be a 20% restock fee charged on all returns, with credit issued to your account, to be applied toward future purchases, or merchandise may be exchanged or replaced at TARGA’s option. No refunds will be sent. All products must be returned in original packaging and in new saleable condition. Parts subject to repair and repaint cost if necessary. If the error is the fault of TARGA full credit or no charge exchange will be issued. All sales are final on close-out items
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE INVOICE.
Warranty TARGA Accessories are backed by a 90-day warranty against defects in material or workmanship from the date of sale (except electrical parts, which carry no warranty). Any item judged to be defective will be repaired or replaced promptly upon receipt at TARGA. We will not be responsible for any labor charges in connection with any defective product. Normal wear, abuse or modification cannot be considered for warranty expressed or implied as to non exclusive products distributed by us, including with limitation warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We will however, pass on all warranties by the manufacturer, who has the sole responsibility for performing such warranties.
