Constructed of hand laminated fiberglass with a complete mounting hardware kit and predrilled mounting holes. Each TARGA Hugger Fender has been designed for easy installation and a perfect fit. This hugger is finished in Honda Factory Italian Red, painted using a 5 coat process, hand sanded between each layer then clear coated for a deep rich color that will last for years.
